Privacy Policy — Candy Smash: Sweet Blast
Effective date: October 9, 2026 Last updated: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you play Candy Smash: Sweet Blast (the "Game"), where it goes, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
The Game is developed and published by BrightPixel (Suleiman), Israel ("we", "us").
Contact: [email protected]
We aim to reply to every privacy request within 30 days.
2. Summary
- The Game has no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, e-mail, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
- Your progress stays on your device. Levels, stars, coins, settings and other game data are saved locally. We run no game servers and do not receive this data.
- The Game shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads, as explained in section 4.
- The Game is meant for players aged 13 and over.
3. Information stored on your device
The Game saves the following locally, in its private app storage:
- Game progress: completed levels, stars, scores, coins, lives, boosters and items.
- Collections and rewards: house decorations, album cards, trophies, outfits, missions and event progress.
- Settings: language, sound, music, vibration and notification choices.
- Gameplay statistics used inside the Game (for example, total matches), stored only on your device.
This data is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its storage in Android settings.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game is free and is supported by ads: banner ads, full-screen ads between levels, and optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch for a reward.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve, limit, measure and prevent fraud in ads, Google may collect and process:
- The advertising ID of your device, and other device and app identifiers.
- Device information such as model, operating system, language and approximate location derived from the IP address.
- Ad interactions, such as views and taps.
Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Your choices:
- Where the law requires it (for example, in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's consent tool.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads, depending on the device).
5. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the Game may schedule gentle local reminders on your device (for example, when your lives are full). They are created on the device and no data is sent to us. You can turn them off in the Game's settings or in Android settings.
6. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Apart from Google AdMob as described above, the Game shares no data with third parties.
8. Security and retention
Game data stays in the Game's private storage on your device, protected by Android's app sandbox. We keep no copy. Data handled by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or Israeli privacy law), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, most requests can be met by uninstalling the Game or resetting your advertising ID. For anything else, contact [email protected].
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game changes. The "Last updated" date above will show the latest version. Significant changes will be noted in the Game's release notes.
